The photos are great! You should label them; it would be cool to know where exactly they are.

I have just had a lovely trip without leaving home! Thank you, Andrew. Your oma told me of your study in Morocco, and then I was delighted to see the website address in your parents’ Christmas letter.

This summer while in Montana I met a young man from Bozeman who has applied for one of these study sessions in Morocco, so I will forward your material to his family, and others who have lived/visited there.

I find it wonderful that the world is smaller than ever; but then it turns up the problems–we can no longer pretend they do not exist. Your refugee camp encounter certainly points to that, and it is good you didn’t try to photograph any of that.

Have a great trip home in January.

The narrative of some of your time away was also enjoyed.

In case you have forgotten I am the wife of Richard Lukins, your opa’s first cousin. Dick will be interested, as I alert him

    Dot
